Hi, I'm Karina
I'm so glad you are taking the first steps to finding the help and support you need for your parenting journey. Sometimes we can feel so tired and overwhelmed that it is hard to see a way forward. I have 15 years experience in helping parents to find a way through difficulties with their baby or child's eating and sleeping.
You will feel so much more confident in your role as a parent when you have the tools and strategies to meet these challenges.
Tots & Teddies Parenting Support aims to provide mentoring and support at the time it is needed to help you feel confident as you progress on your parenting journey.
